  • Has determined experience and competence for company processes, conformity requirements applicable to specified area
  • Participation and responsibilities in Management Review Meetings and Toolbox Meetings
  • Reporting and involvement in investigations of incidents, and responsible to ensure Corrective Actions are implemented and closed out

Position Specific Requirements:

  • To provide supervision of construction projects as directed by senior management
  • Maintain staff levels on site to ensure the completion of works
  • Over-see the day to day running of the project.
  • Ensure materials, plant and equipment are ordered and delivered in accordance with the schedule.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Controls expenses and minimises costs on site by ensuring the tasks are performed at an efficient rate.
  • Liase with trades to ensure the project plan is met.
  • Consult with staff and management and adjust the project plan where needed.
